Migration
The existing React single-page app was moved to server-side rendering with Next.js, while keeping all two million pages indexed.
Performance
- Server-first rendering; the core features work without client-side JavaScript.
- A multi-layered caching strategy for fast responses with lazy re-rendering.
- End-to-end tests and Lighthouse checks on every pull request.
The result was all-green Web Vitals across the site.
Team
I led a team of three to five developers. We released daily with a two-click deployment, introduced A/B testing and ran regular usability tests.
